If you're here, you're likely seeking services that will help support your own communication or that of your child. It is my passion to help others towards authentic and effective communication, and I'd love to help you or your child on that journey. I currently serve children and adults in Massachusetts, both in-person and virtually.
I'm a licensed speech-language pathologist who holds a national certification from the American Speech -Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), in addition to my MA state license. I received my master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Emerson College, with a specialized clinical concentration in stuttering. In addition to earning the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), I have also been awarded the Ally of Stuttering Speech-Language Pathologist Seal from Spero Stuttering.
I have extensive clinical experience with both children and adults. I have worked within a group practice, in the acute care medical setting, and also within the acute rehab setting. I have also spent time working in non-clinical roles for SAY: The Stuttering Association for the Young.
Across all settings, my approach is grounded in evidence-based, client-centered/family-centered care. Your needs and concerns are important to me, and I work in close collaboration with you to create a plan of care that is aligned with your goals. I believe that a strong connection between provider and client is essential for progress, and I ensure that the therapeutic space is one that prioritizes trust, joy, collaboration, and respect.
Outside of my clinical work as a speech-language pathologist, I am also a faculty member at Emerson College, where I facilitate a section of the Fluency Disorders course for their online master's program in speech-language pathology.
